my dad's company used to pay to take the senior management somewhere every year. they haven't done that in a while though. One year it was Jamaica, another year it was Atlantis in the Bahamas. One of the years we didn't go it was bermuda.
they'd find all-inclusive resorts and pay for the resort and airfare so al we ever had to pay for was things we did outside the resort or things that weren't in the all-inclusive flat rate. SOmehow they even managed to find a resort in jamaica where all alcohol was part of the all-incllusive rate.
