I had my own Uncle Bus last year. The old guy next door, who has a handicap parking space. Once I was over his line by a few inches, and he berated me, calling all sorts of names, asking "who the fuck are you?!" making a scene in the street. His handicap spot is about 5ft longer than it's supposed to be, and he drives a tiny Corolla . . and he's not even handicapped, he just knows cops who do him favors. So all that over a mere 3-4 inches over his stupid line, he decides it's worth verbally abusing a neighbor. So this past winter, I got him good. I drained the juices out of 3 cans of tuna (in oil), and I poured it all down his heater vent . . I can't even imagine what that smelled like inside his car

I guess the person is white? And seeing an Asian as an easy target for bully?
