Brakes are good, new rotors, pads, and ss lines would be of big help, and with that left over money, you could invest in a driving school which would be much more beneficial then just new suspension. from the looks of your mod list, it looks like you may have already done one, but i dont know if you have or not.

but my suggestion is brakes +driving school. or 2xDrivingSchool = much more fun.

and honestly, no offence, assuming you havent done track time, its very likely for me to believe that you can actually push your car to the its absolute potential to the point where it might need new suspension.
