It's either a weak/dying fuel pump or a dead/dying ECU.
For fuel pump check - pull a rubber fuel line in engine compartment and w/a glass jar or "catch can" have someone turn key to "on" and see if there's a constant fuel flow. Or if you have the resources put a fuel pressure guage on it. This will help narrow it down.
