Cool... if I were you, I'd pass on the Maybe list. The LED lighting isn't really worth it, plus, I don't know if it'll even look good, ya know? The wood... if you want it sporty, get aluminum instead, assuming ur interior isn't tan like mine... otherwise, wood would look better, but not neccessary.
Cosmetics should take a back seat to mechanicals, ie. brakes and shocks, hoses and the rest on your exterior stuff. The bent rim, I'd say, try to have it bent back by a garage, if not possible, junkyard one, or...

If money is available, redo your seats, the door switch, ect. Just focus on that after you did the important maintanence stuff.
