Just gotta say: Google is your friend....
I typed the file name that JMS found as malicious (thankyou btw

) into google. It came up as a common problem. Fuckin spammers. I couldn't simply delete the program from my sys32 folder as it was running (obviously). But, google showed me a dell forum... yea, odd... and in there, someone mentioned using a program called Prevx1.... I downloaded it...installed/activated it and damn. This thing took care of my little problem after searching the whole C: drive (took a long time too). So far, so good, no popups no system "warnings" BUT, this program is always updating. Could just be because it's a fresh install and it's building it's database.... what do I know. I'm just glad my computer isn't beeping at me every few seconds.
Thanks guys for all the suggestions.
