Not really, the top part is the UnitedBimmer part, which is written in katakana. the second part w/the 3 kanji says nihongo, which means Japanese (language).
UnitedBimmer is a foreign loaned word, so they'd use katakana for it. Japanese is also a syllabary language, where each katakana or hiragana (which are not listed here) represents a sound or combination of sounds.

Yu-na-i-te-du Bi-i-ma-a. (United Bimmer). A note about this - you could see this written differently depending on the author. Katakana often has different spellings for the same word, being that the words are usually of English origin.
