Most protein powders get the job done protein wise, but Muscle Milk has a lot of other additives that are good for you, vitamins, and such, and not a ton of carbs.
Then again, nothing can beat the natural protein you get from a fresh chicken breast or fish.

real food is always better than shakes. i only have shakes right after i work out or when i dont have time to prepare a meal.
when buying protein i just make sure to get a good whey protein isolate. concentrate gives me terrible gas.
