Muscle Milk FTW.
Every day at least once, I have a Vanilla Muscle Milk shake. And I put some Glutamine-L in there too.
Most protein powders get the job done protein wise, but Muscle Milk has a lot of other additives that are good for you, vitamins, and such, and not a ton of carbs.
Then again, nothing can beat the natural protein you get from a fresh chicken breast or fish.
