on low boost which will be 7 pounds (or .5 bar) i hope to make around 350 whp. on high boost, prob no more than 14 psi (i only have a 2 bar map sensor), i want to make over 400 whp. how much power i will make will depend on the aggessiveness of the tune. i dont know if you go on bimmerforums at all but there are several guys making over 500whp on stock m52's with low compression head gaskets and arp head studs. on race fuel one of them made 635whp both these guys are running very similar setups to what i will have. m52's love boost and can hold a lot of it because they come stock with a forged crank and a square block design which helps the head gasket seal very well under boost. m52's hold high boost much better than s50's or 52's.

in a straight line i will be very fast, but i know e30's love to be tossed around through the twisties

by time frame i meant when do you plan to do the swap? an s50/52 e30 would be fucking awesome
